The Teacher Card platform will officially reopen tomorrow, November 19th, allowing tenured teachers and substitutes with contracts until August 31st to once again access their electronic wallet.

After weeks of waiting, it will be possible to check the balance and use the remaining 2024/25 bonus. These can be spent until August 31, 2026, on education-related purchases: books, software, courses, master's degrees, and tools useful for professional development. The 2026 deadline applies only to funds for the 2024/25 school year; older credits, however, follow their respective usage dates and may no longer be available. Therefore, teachers are advised to carefully check the source of the funds in their electronic wallets.

Reopening only for residuals (for now)

The reopening only concerns the remaining credit for eligible teachers: tenured teachers and annual substitutes. Once logged in with SPID or CIE, it will be possible to generate vouchers to present to accredited retailers. Once the service is reactivated, it is recommended to check your balance immediately, schedule purchases, and avoid waiting too long: as demonstrated by previous years, there is a risk of losing part of the credit due to failure to use it within the established deadlines.

Vouchers for the 2025/2026 school year will be available starting in January 2026.
