Ingredients
100 g caster sugar
80 g soft butter
2 eggs
100 ml milk
150 g 00 flour
8 g baking powder
For the cream
200 g Greek yogurt
200 g whipping cream
50 g powdered sugar
1 organic lemon only the grated peel

Procedure for the base:
Start by preparing the base of the cake, with an electric whisk work the soft butter well with the sugar, add the eggs one at a time and when everything is well blended, add the milk while continuing to whisk.
Sift the flour with the baking powder and add to the mixture without working much. Pour into the greased and floured pan. Bake at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
For the cream:
Now prepare the cream, mix the icing sugar with the yogurt, add the grated lemon peel and the whipped cream.
Let the cake cool and pour the cream onto the base. Decorate with fresh fruit to taste.
