Today, 7 April, very encouraging figures were recorded in Italy. A continuous slowdown in growth, which bodes well for the future.

The first excellent news concerns the number of infected every day, which suffered another large decline in growth (after yesterday's). In fact, 3039 new infected people were registered today, 560 fewer than yesterday. This figure is based on 33.713 swabs carried out.
Other important data
The number of currently positive every day is probably the news of the day. There were only 880 new positives, 1.061 fewer than yesterday. Also, there hasn't been such a low number of positives since March 10, which is really good news. Great growth also in healings, in fact, 1555 healed today (+533) compared to yesterday. Another excellent news comes to us from daily percentage change, that is, as the growth in percentage terms of total cases varies from day to day, it goes from 2.79% yesterday to 2.29% today, a continuous decrease that bodes well. The downward trend of hospitalized Total in intensive care, with another 106 places vacated compared to yesterday. Excellent news for the hospitals that had really been challenged by the huge number of people who needed hospitalization.

None of these excellent figures would have been recorded had certain measures not been implemented. The importance of staying at home is absolutely paramount and especially now that the data is improving, we cannot afford to ease the tension and ruin weeks of sacrifices! Who hasn't made it
Unfortunately, the number of victims is still too high, with 604 deaths in the last few hours. We recall that this data is a consequence of the many infections of the past weeks. The ever-waning numbers we have been seeing lately, give us hope for a big drop in the death toll, already in a few days.
