The Italian Show, a format designed to celebrate and promote Italian excellence, is ready to enchant international operators in the food and wine industry. This one-day event, dedicated to Made in Italy supply chains and authentic Italian food and wine products, will be held on 19 September 2023 at the prestigious Royal Horticultural Halls in London. “The Italian Show” is a unique initiative of its kind, aimed at creating valuable connections between protection consortia, producers of 100% Italian supply chains and international professionals in the out-of-home sector. The event promises to create new growth opportunities for the food and wine sector, while enriching the knowledge and appreciation of authentic Italian flavors around the world. The final of the culinary competition will crown the “The Best Upcoming Chef of Italian Cuisine – Solania Award”, which represents the second edition in the United Kingdom. Access to the event will be by invitation with free entry. The target audience includes esteemed professionals, including chefs, restaurateurs, buyers, distributors, importers, retailers, sommeliers, wine shops, specialized operators, media and press.
