I Love Italian Food is pleased to announce the return in 2023 of The Italian Show, Made in Italy events for international catering, with the first French appointment in Paris on April 17th.
After the success of the British and German editions, The Italian Show has become an opportunity to talk about Italian excellence together with the protagonists of eating out abroad. A single day dedicated entirely to authentic Italian F&B, with three main objectives: educating, tasting, promoting.
THEHotel Du Collectionneur, 51-57 Rue de Courcelles will host the event from 11.00 to 17.00, aimed exclusively at professionals in the sector.
Many i protagonists that will animate this first French edition of The Italian Show. On stage, in fact, they will perform with talks and show cooking some of the most important chefs and restaurateurs who represent Made in Italy in France, and beyond. Between these: Massimo Tringali, Executive Chef of Armani Restaurant; Philip Saporito, Starred chef of the restaurant La Leggenda dei Frati in Florence and President of the Association of Jeunes Restaurateurs d'Europe Italy; Massimo Mori, an institution of Italian cuisine Paris.
Performances will continue throughout the day Tasting Station, where the Chefs will cook and let you taste the authentic made in Italy products; in the'wine shop, dedicated to the presentation of new trends in Italian wine and wine tasting; in the Bar Station, where the bartenders will create original cocktails with performances from the world of mixology.
But the big news of this edition of The Italian Show will be the great Pizza Show, an area entirely dedicated to narrating and educating the world of pizza, with guests who will take the stage of the Pizza Show: from the world champion Peppe Cutraro, who made France his second home, a Guillaume Grasso, young and enthusiastic pizza maker who professes the real Neapolitan pizza, up to Nicholas Iovine, a well-known pizza chef from Paris. A great opportunity for all operators of eating out in France to be able to meet some of the greatest chefs and pizza makers who represent our culture in the world, but also to get in touch with the Italian food & wine excellences, in the exhibition area of The Italian Show.
Finally, the event will host the final of the culinary competition which will reward the Best Upcoming Chef of Italian Cuisine in France. The six finalist chefs will compete on the stage of The Italian Show and will compete in the preparation of an original Italian dish. The winner was decided by a jury of well-known chefs on the French scene and beyond, chaired by Chef Agostino Coppola, President of the Association of Italian Chefs in France.
