Once again, in terms of food, the Italians occupy the highest place in the international rankings, winning the title of best sandwich in Europe. Here's where it's eaten and how it's made.

The title of the best sandwich in Europe is the one made by Porcharged, a brand created in 2016 by the manufacturer Angelo Polezzi, originally from the province of Arezzo with farms a Cortona. The secret to the success of this sandwich which has won many awards lies in the seasoning used. It is a sandwich made with the finest meats Cinta Senese pigs e Gray from Val di Chiana bred in the wild, fed with zero kilometer products. Two prized species from the area enhanced by the brand.
The secret of success is therefore the use of Italian meat cooked, marinated and smoked with particular and atavistic tools such as apple and cherry wood which allow the flavors to be enhanced.
The ingredients
To achieve so much consensus requires hours and hours of work and the use of high quality ingredients. The new recognition for the sandwich produced by Porchargedarrived in the European Street Food Awards which reward the best traders of street food from all over Europe. Porcharged is the only European food truck to have won four national selections (in 2017, 2020, 2021 and 2022) and two European editions in 2017 and 2022 in their category. The Red shrimp rewarded him as champion of Lombardy.

The sandwich can be enjoyed in Milan, Rome, Florence. Porcobrado will continue openings in other important Italian cities and strengthening international e-commerce.
