Another earthquake in Italian football: Juve Stabia has been placed under judicial administration for alleged ties to the Camorra.
The investigation, coordinated by the District Anti-Mafia Directorate, hypothesizes the subordination of some clans.

This is the third case in Italy of judicial administration applied to a professional team, after the precedents of Foggia Football and the Crotone Football. National anti-mafia prosecutor Giovanni Melillo raised the alarm: "This is a worrying sign, which confirms how vulnerable football remains to mafia infiltration.".
Postponement of Serie B matches?
The news could also have repercussions for Serie B: the League is reportedly considering postponing Juve Stabia's matches, pending official clarification. The match against Bari is also at risk. This would be unprecedented in the history of the Serie B league, given these reasons.
In principle, judicial administration does not entail the suspension of sporting activity, but it could be a possibility under consideration.
