The "regeneration" starts from the power supply
The theme of this edition is the "regeneration”, A topic that will be addressed in all its facets during the various meetings of the event. After the two difficult years of the pandemic, spent under the banner of resilience, for Slow Food the time has now come for regeneration, a renewal that must start with food first. We will talk about regeneration in relation to biodiversity, agricultural and food policies, to the forms of solidarity related to food, but also to soil regeneration. Even the choice of the "location" was not left to chance. Indeed, Parco Dora is an excellent example of urban regeneration. Until the nineties the park was the site of the establishments of Michelin e Fiat. Now, however, the park hosts the most famous international event related to food, agriculture and livestock.
As part of the "unscheduled" entitled Terra Madre Off it will also be possible to explore the park by joining the walking groups and itinerant dances (from 23 to 25 September) or admiring the wonderful murals present in the various areas of the park by participating in the Dora Park Street Art Tour (from 22 to 26 September).
