The blog ita girls on the road was born in 2014 from an idea of four friends who wanted to tell their experience abroad. The blog focuses mainly on women's issues, on how women face the big step of moving to a foreign country. Over time the blog has undergone some changes, some of the italiangirls have left the blog, new ones have been added and will probably be added in the future because it is a blog open to all Italian women who live abroad and want to tell their story.
They are a group of Italian women who for various reasons have chosen or have been forced to emigrate.
Each carries with it a wealth of memories and experiences. Some will return, others will be lost in the world, but all of us, really all of us, share the desire to write and tell about our life in a foreign land.
Today ita girls write from Japan, Bahamas, Africa, Australia, United Arab Emirates and from several European countries including Austria, Holland and Denmark.
