Pandoro with licorice is the latest delicious novelty for Christmas created by Melegatti and Amarelli. A precious synergy has arisen between the two category brands, among the most effective Made in Italy brands that identify with their products. A 'sweet' collaboration that at Christmas will allow us to have a special edition on the table, precisely the pandoro with licorice.

To express satisfaction for this important synergy are Fortunato and Margherita Amarelli, respectively managing director and commercial and marketing director of the Calabrian company in the 12th generation. They underline how this new combination fits into the proactive co-branding process successfully tested together with prestigious brands in the made in Italy. A 'long and fruitful journey' which by now represents an added value of the entrepreneurial history and ability to network of the Amarelli company.

In fact, if we talk about licorice, we are referring to a centuries-old family and entrepreneurial experience of the well-known company from Rossano Calabro, now recognized throughout the world as the Italian recipe. Similarly, thinking of the typical sweet of Christmas holidays, one cannot fail to refer to pandoro and the historic Melegatti food and confectionery industry. Precisely to it, we owe the invention of the name, the shape and the recipe, recognized in 1894 with Certificate of Industrial Property from the Ministry of Agriculture, Industry and Commerce of the Kingdom of Italy.
