Surprise Lecce: 4 players called up to the Italian national team

Lecce's good performances did not go unnoticed. Roberto Mancini has called up four Salento players to the national team.

Here is the club statement. “US Lecce announces that the players Federico Baschirotto, Lorenzo Colombo, Wladimiro Falcone and Antonino Gallo have been called up to the Italian senior national team.

Goalkeeper Falcone will be available to head coach Roberto Mancini from 20 to 22 December, while Baschirotto, Colombo and Gallo will be available on 21 and 22 December, on the occasion of the training stage scheduled at the Coverciano CTF.
