The world economy and the global recovery are the topics at the center of the G20 of the Economy which opens today in Venice until Sunday 11 July. It is undeniable that if a look at the global economy on the one hand signals a certain improvement, as is indicated by many, on the other it cannot fail to highlight the uncertainty of the moment that the whole world is experiencing. Uncertainty which primarily concerns the health situation and consequently the economic recovery of the various countries of the world. Closely linked to the pandemic and to the vaccinations that proceed very unevenly in the various states.
They are 63 delegations arrived in Venice, 20 from member countries plus those invited, for a total of at least 500 people. First of all, the Ministers of Economy and Finance and the Governors of the Central Banks of the twenty most industrialized countries in the world arrived in the lagoon. This Venetian appointment is among the most important together with the one to be held in Rome from 30 to 31 October next and which will see the summit of the Heads of State and Government of the G20 countries.
