There are many hot, very hot benches in Italian football. Some clubs have decided to renew their trust in their coaches, even if it is becoming customary to sack them during the break, to allow the coaches to work more days with the new team in view of the first match. This is the case, for example, of Napoli who reached an agreement with Walter Mazzarri, ofAscoli who entrusted the bench to Fabrizio Castori, as well as the Spezia who made the agreement with Luca D'Angelo and della Ternana who now has Roberto Breda on the bench.
But there have been clubs that have made the opposite choice: giving continuity to the technical project and still granting confidence, despite the lack of results.
