A little while ago, Rimini made their new coach official: Antonio Buscè. The former Vibonese will take the place of Emanuele Troise. One year agreement with Troise, with option to renew for the second.

Serie C, new official coach

Here is the official press release: “The Rimini Football Club announces that from 1 July 2024 Antonio Buscè, assisted by assistant coach Francesco Nuti, will lead the first team. The coach will sign an agreement expiring in June 2025 with an option for the second year. The coach from Gragnano, born in 1975, after a long career as a footballer with the shirts of Ravenna, Baracca Lugo, Padua, Lumezzane, Reggina, Bologna, Pisa but especially Empoli - the team with which he made his debut in Serie A and collected 200 appearances with 20 goals - in 2013 he decided to hang up his boots and start his career on the bench in Empoli, starting from the youth sector. He started with the Esordienti and went through Very young national teams, Under 17, Under 15 and Under 16, arrives at the helm of the Primavera. During this journey in the Italian youth team he won two titles: the Under 16 National Championship in 2019 and the Primavera 1 Championship in 2021. After four seasons in Primavera 1, in 2023/24 he coached Vibonese, finishing the season in third place in Group I of Serie D”.
