La Spina Santan was born in 1989 as an Agriturismo, from the restoration of an ancient baronial house in Bova Marina, a small tourist center on the Ionian coast, in the center of the Grecanica area. But soon the Autelitano brothers also added the cultivation of bergamot and the factory to the restaurant. And it is in the latter part of the structure that liqueurs, soft drinks, nectars, spirits and other house specialties are produced.

All liqueurs are produced with local citrus and botanicals, each with its own characteristics, each with its own flavor. And there are for every taste, for every occasion. We present them to you.  Bergaspina e Bergacrem, inimitable liqueur and cream, produced from the gold of Calabria: bergamot, the citrus fruit that bears fruit only in the coastal strip from Reggio to Roccella Jonica. Lemon plug: a limoncello obtained with the infusion of lemon peels e lemon cream, a cream with a delicate flavor also derived from the peel of lemons ripened in the sun of Calabria.

 And then, Kaciuto a digestive elixir, a mix of flavors: fennel, bay leaf, licorice and bergamot. There is theAmaro Grecanico in which Calabrian herbs and citrus fruits mix to form a pleasant digestive. And how not to mention the Black Devil, spicy chocolate cream with Calabrian peppers. Fennel ': a fantastic and fresh digestive, derived from the infusion of wild fennel flowers. And then there is her, Blackness, born from the pure root of Calabrian licorice, designated the best artisan liqueur at the Milan Flavors Fair in 2001. And then there is Laurito flavored with Calabrian laurel. And finally, the vodka: natural, strawberry, peach and, of course, bergamot.
