60 years of history
An ancient family tradition of millers from Pre-Sila Cosentina, the Bakery Pascuzzo has been operating for more than sixty years in the bakery sector, it also owns the old stone mill still in working order and produces wholemeal flours. We use spring water, natural yeast and other ingredients that wisely combined take a thousand forms: from taralli to bruschetta, from desserts to frese. The deep love for things made as they once were and a single mission: to bring good and genuine flavors to the table, as simple as they once were.

The commitment that we have always maintained since the beginning has been to reconcile technology with the quality of baked goods, automation with the freshness and fragrance typical of artisan bakery products.
Our products are unique because they are always made in the most natural way possible: for us it is essential to use simple and quality raw materials, without the addition of additives, preservatives and other chemical products.
No secrets then, but only a lot of dedication and care throughout the manufacturing process.
The latest project is bronze drawn pasta with slow drying and brc / ifs certified semolina is used .. different formats to whet the creativity of amateur chefs.
At every hour there is a Pascuzzo product designed to satisfy a particular need: from breakfast, to lunch, through the afternoon snack, aperitif, dinner and after dinner.
Our recipes are the direct expression of our values, naturalness, seasonality and product quality, but also creativity, passion and temptation make them particularly appreciated for any occasion: a business appointment, a special occasion or a simple aperitif with friends.
The company is BRC / IFS certified (two international food safety standards. The entire production process, from the procurement of raw materials to the metal detector on the finished product, is subject to strict controls that are documented and recorded and stored inside the company for the entire traceability of the product) also makes use of blockchain certification to guarantee the final consumer the quality, origin, provenance, production and distribution chain. This is to protect the consumer citizen but also the company itself which in this way can, through the scanning of a QR code, show images, videos, related documentation and certificates of the same production. therefore transparent throughout the company.
