School qualifying courses

Below is the information published.

recipients: Those who already have a qualification for a competition class or another level of education as well as those who have specialization in support can obtain, without prejudice to the possession of the necessary qualification with reference to the competition class, qualification in other competitive classes or in other levels of education.

Timeline: aimed at acquiring 30 (thirty) CFU of the initial training course in the field of teaching methodologies and technologies applied to the reference discipline.

Cost: 2000 euros + 150 for the final test

Expiration date: 5 March 2024

Frequency mode: remote, synchronous mode, after tracking the presence of the students. 30% absence on the total activities is permitted (article 2-ter, paragraph 4, second sentence, of Legislative Decree 59/2017). After 30% of absence hours it will not be possible to access the final exam.

Final test: The final exam consists of a written test and a simulated lesson which verify the acquisition of the professional skills of the Profile referred to in Annex A of the Prime Ministerial Decree of 4 August 2023. written test consists of an innovative didactic design intervention, using digital technologies, inherent to the discipline or disciplines of the competition class for which the qualification is obtained. There simulated lesson, on a theme proposed by the commission forty-eight hours in advance, has a maximum duration of forty-five minutes, is also designed using digital technologies, is developed with innovative teaching and is accompanied by the illustration of the content, teaching and methodological choices made in reference to the initial training course relating to the specific competition class. The judging commission assigns up to a maximum of ten points for the written test and ten points for the simulated lesson. The final test is passed if the candidate achieves a score of at least 7/10 in the written test, and 7/10 in the simulated lesson. By passing the final test, the teaching qualification for the relevant competition class is acquired.

Possible recognitions: previous training activities and the respective training credits, lasting a minimum of 30 hours, certified by universities and accompanied by programmes, can be recognized up to a maximum of 12 ECTS credits. Please refer to the provisions of Annex B of the Prime Ministerial Decree of 4 August 2023.
