The fourth evening of Sanremo aired last night, Friday 4 February, was literally a record in terms of audience. Yesterday, for music lovers was one of the most awaited evenings as it was the so-called "cover night". So, in addition to the big names in the race, on the Ariston stage numerous artists have performed, both young and old.
There was certainly one of the most anticipated Jovanotti who performed in a nice Medley with Gianni Morandi. Many applause also for another great of Italian music: Fiorella Mannoia sang "hard-nosed" together with the competing singer Sangiovanni. Many applause for Elisa who sang What a feeling and for Achille Lauro who appeared on the Sanremo stage with a special guest: Loredana Bertè. But it was also the performance of Gianluca Grignani who sang “my story between my fingers” with Irama that got so many applause.
Other famous artists, hosted by the big names were Vinicio Capossela, Mauro Pagani (who sang "in my hour of freedom" with Giovanni Truppi), Calibro 35 with Rkomi, Mister Rain who sang "I'm in love with you" With Highsnob and Hu. Ana Mena hosted Rocco Hunt, friend and colleague of several summer hits, for a medley on the stage of Sanremo.
Sanremo share at 60%
The share rose to 60% yesterday evening. It was the Friday of the most successful Sanremo festival of the entire century. In all, the audience figures have calculated 11 million and 378 thousand spectators. To find a superior listening, we must even reach 1995 with an edition of the Sanremo festival conducted by Pippo Baudo.
A great success that bodes well for today's grand final. As always, the predictions are many and many give as favorites the piece by Elisa (“Or maybe it's you”) and that of Mahmood and Blanco (“Chills”). Yesterday, however, Gianni Morandi came in second place with “open all doors”. The winner could be one of these three songs.
