According to what was reported by our colleagues at La Repubblica di Genova, Salernitana is considering the possibility of filing a petition with the sports justice regarding the issue of the Serie B play-out against Sampdoria. The Campania club is said to be ready to contest the postponement of the play-out against Frosinone, when there was still no provision in progress.
The point of discussion concerns the fact that the referral against Brescia arrived only a few days after the official announcement that had cancelled the play-out against the Ciociari. Precisely for this reason, Salernitana could leverage this episode to ask to review the terms and timing of the current procedure, with the concrete risk of further slowing down the decision-making process and the progress of the play-off match.
