Restaurants, gyms and entertainment venues such as cinemas and theaters: the conditions for safe reopening are being worked out. The Conference of Regions approved the guidelines for the reopening of some activities "in safe conditions and in compliance with prevention protocols". Massimiliano Fedriga, president of the conference of the Regions, underlining that the government will be able to count on the "maximum collaboration on the part of the Regions".
Meanwhile, as regards the trend of the contagion curve, the data released by the Ministry of Health record 16.974 new positive cases in the last 24 hours (yesterday 16.168). The victims of today are 380 (yesterday 469). The currently positive cases are overall 510.023, 4.637 cheaper than yesterday. The discharged healed are 21.220 (yesterday 20.251). They are still in home isolation 481.019 people infected with the virus while hospitalized in intensive care are 3.417. The swabs carried out in the last 24 hours are 319.633 (yesterday 334.766). The positivity rate rises again, which today is 5,3 per cent, while yesterday it was 4,8 per cent.

The document of the Regions concerns restaurants, gyms, swimming pools, spa facilities, cinemas and live entertainment. "Proposals drawn up by the Prevention departments of the Regions on which we will ask the opinion of the CTS that we hope will arrive as soon as possible".
Thus Fedriga who adds: “We want to allow the country to take the right path of returning to normality. A progressive return and with the utmost caution as regards the containment of the spread of Covid "." The Regions are also evaluating other guidelines for further ones productive activities “Especially with regard to the review and verification of the various risk scenarios”.
The reopenings in the red zone
The measures for restaurants, gyms and swimming pools and cinemas and live shows can also be applied in the red areas. This is what is foreseen in the draft of the guidelines of the Regions that will be presented to the government and to the health authorities. The measures indicated for restaurants and gyms, it says, “can allow the maintenance of the activity even in epidemiological scenarios at high risk.
This, provided they are associated with periodic screening of unvaccinated personnel ". For cinemas and live shows, the measures are maintained in “low, medium and high risk” scenarios. At the cost that they are supplemented with swabs at the entrance, negative tests carried out in the last 48 hours and completion of the vaccination.
