What ingredients are needed to prepare the omelette?
To prepare the omelette roll you will need: 6 eggs, 20 g of grated parmesan and 20 g of grated rodez, a pinch of salt, 250 g of philadelphia, a bunch of rocket and 100 g of cooked ham.
First break the eggs and beat them with the grated cheese and a pinch of salt.
When the eggs are well mixed with the other ingredients, pour the mixture into a rectangular pan lined with baking paper and cook it in a static oven at 180°C for about 12-15 minutes. When the mixture is golden it means that it is cooked to perfection.
Let it cool and season it with a layer of spreadable cheese, ham and rocket, to your liking.
Using the baking paper, help yourself roll up the omelette starting from one of the shorter sides and place it in the refrigerator.
