These are the provisions established in the latest ordinance of the Minister of Health Roberto Speranza, in force from today XNUMXst February. As well as people who have to communicate with a disabled person and those who are doing sports.
Duration of the green pass, new rules
The duration of the vaccination green pass and the post-vaccination healing green pass will be further reduced from 9 to 6 months. In fact, on 15 December 2021 the duration of the green certificate had already been reduced from 12 to nine months. The duration of the green pass could be extended for those who have completed the vaccination cycle with the third dose (booster). But every evaluation on the times, 9 months, 1 year or even more, requires a scientific evaluation before a further decree that intervenes to modify the current duration.
From today the basic green pass that you get with the vaccine, if you are cured of Covid but also with a negative swab carried out 48 hours before if unsanitary or 72 hours if quick, it will be used to collect your pension at the post office, to go to the bank or to the tobacconist to buy cigarettes. It will also be required to enter public offices, financial offices and commercial activities. Food and basic needs, health, safety and justice will always be guaranteed: to go to a barracks, for example, to file a complaint, there will be no need to show the green certificate. And, again, the green pass will not be used to enter stores that mainly sell food and drink products. Access to open-air markets and shops for the retail trade of frozen products is also free.
