A strong woman who has worked in prison for twenty years, Rosella tries to guarantee to the detainees the appropriate pathways for their reintegration. He believes that working in prison means having the lives of many individuals in your hands. We work on people and not on cards. The purpose of the sentence is in fact to re-educate in order to reintegrate. When the prison succeeds in rehiring someone, it is a great satisfaction.

For example, an ex-convict did a painting exhibition and was then chosen to work in a fiction, after taking a theater course organized by Rosella.

Angela: from lawyer to chief commissioner of the prison police

Dealing with the frustration of people deprived of theirs freedom because they are serving one penalty it's not easy. Angela, 40, is deputy commander of the Rebibbia male prison and chief commissioner of the prison police force. It deals with the personnel, safety and security of prisoners, manages the support and re-education activities of prisoners, such as work, sport and training.

Anna is responsible foreducational area in jail

Supporting inmates on their way to re-education is not easy.

Affirming i detainees on their way to the re-education it's not easy. Anna is an educator and helps to rework what the prisoners have done. It is a concrete path made up of study, sporting and cultural activities.

Anna is also involved in handling relations with the surveillance judiciary. A very delicate role because, through these relationships, the prisoner can access the benefits of the law, the alterative measures and any modification of the execution of the sentence.
