Procedure for making the meatloaf stuffed in a bacon crust
In a bowl I poured the ground beef and pork, chopped parsley, egg, parmesan, breadcrumbs, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
I worked the mixture well, then I poured it on a sheet of parchment paper, pressed it and adjusted it in the shape of a rectangle.
I started to stuff it by distributing the raw ham on the meat, then the slices of galbanone, the spinach (which I previously cooked in a pan for about 10 minutes with garlic and oil and a pinch of salt, finally the hard-boiled eggs, arranged in a row at the edge. of the side from which it begins to roll up.
With the help of parchment paper, I started wrapping the meatloaf and once it was closed like a candy, I kept it in the fridge for half an hour so that it compacted well.
After the time has elapsed, I wrapped it with slices of bacon and baked it in a preheated oven for about 50 minutes at 200 ° C.
As a side dish I paired some grilled radicchio.
