Chicken with almonds and cashews

Ingredients:
500 g chicken breast in chunks
120 g peeled almonds
80 g cashews
50 g butter
30 g seed oil
to taste flour for the flour
to taste soy sauce
Procedure:
Flour the chicken pieces very well, I use a very practical method of mine to avoid getting dirty: I put the chicken pieces in a food bag with a handful of flour and, closing the ends, I acted well.
Melt the butter in a pan, insert the chicken pieces deprived of excess flour and brown over high heat to seal. Combine seed oil on high heat and pour in the soy sauce and salt.
In another pan with boiling oil, fry the dried fruit for a few minutes over high heat. Add the drained almonds and cashews to the chicken.
Add more soy sauce and mix everything together.
If you like it, it can be served with basmati rice.
