Patrimonio Italiano TV is a web TV dedicated exclusively to Italian living abroad. Among its aims is to offer Italians the opportunity to stay in touch, through audio and video means, with all their friends who live abroad. It tries to combine innovation and tradition, new means and old languages, to keep alive the culture of the distinct Italian communities that have lived or still live abroad.
Patrimonio Italiano TV was born in October 2018 from the will of two journalists: Michele Pilla and Luigi Liberti. It was presented during the prestigious Citation from the Borough of Brooklyn, New York, on the occasion of the celebrations of the Italian American heritage culture month. And on that very occasion the founders won the "Patrimonio Italiano Awards", an award dedicated to Italians who have distinguished themselves for spreading Italian heritage around the world.

There are various programs broadcast by Patrimonio Italiano TV Fondamentale.
ITALIAN CULTURES, a program dedicated to Italian literature abroad: authors, publishers, festivals and cultural associations linked by a passion for books.
ASSETS OF INSTITUTIONS instead, it is a program dedicated to politics. Politicians converse with spectators and answer their questions.
ITALY IN THE WORLD it gives news and recounts events through Italian media all over the world
Italian heritage
ITALIAN HERITAGE is the spearhead of Patrimonio Italiano TV. It is a program that airs every Thursday night. In practice, it is based on skype interviews with Italian friends who live abroad. Past and future Italian stories, events, parties and festivals are then told.
Michele Pilla
Michele Pilla, the interviewer, is an Italian journalist and writer half Neapolitan and half Montagutese. He began writing short texts as early as the age of 8, after discovering a love for authors such as Stephen King, Arthur Conan Doyle, Edgar Allan Poe, Robert Crais and Denis Lahane. The passion for journalism and new media was born, however, later, during higher education. During his university studies he began to collaborate with local Neapolitan newspapers but he soon became editor-in-chief. He is passionate about football, cinema, TV series, IT and new technologies. In addition, he creates websites and collaborates with various media. In 2006, together with two friends, he founded the website montaguto.com. Last year, in New York, the President of the Borough of Brooklyn, Eric Adams, presented him with the “Citation” award. Finally, this year, he published Goodbye Irpinia, a novel in which he amalgamates fiction and journalism.
