Born from the need to prepare a quick meal with what is in the fridge, the Pasta with tuna and Philadelphia It's a quick and tasty first course that can be served hot in winter or cold in summer.

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 360 g Pasta of your preferred shape
  • 200 g Tuna in oil
  • 100 Philadelphia
  • 2 anchovy fillets in oil
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • Pepper and parsley to taste
  • salt

And now let's prepare the tuna and Philadelphia pasta

  • Cook the pasta in lightly salted water.
  • To put spreadable cheese in a large bowl and add the tuna drained and mix with a spoon.
  • Coarsely chop the anchovies and capers and add them to the tuna cream, mixing well.
  • Add a couple of spoons of water cooking the pasta and mix in the tuna cream; if you prefer, you can mix it with an immersion blender to make it smoother.
