Born from the need to prepare a quick meal with what is in the fridge, the Pasta with tuna and Philadelphia It's a quick and tasty first course that can be served hot in winter or cold in summer.
Let's see together how to prepare it.

Ingredients for 4 people:
- 360 g Pasta of your preferred shape
- 200 g Tuna in oil
- 100 Philadelphia
- 2 anchovy fillets in oil
- 1 tablespoon capers
- Pepper and parsley to taste
- salt

And now let's prepare the tuna and Philadelphia pasta
- Cook the pasta in lightly salted water.
- To put spreadable cheese in a large bowl and add the tuna drained and mix with a spoon.
- Coarsely chop the anchovies and capers and add them to the tuna cream, mixing well.
- Add a couple of spoons of water cooking the pasta and mix in the tuna cream; if you prefer, you can mix it with an immersion blender to make it smoother.
- After draining the pasta, pour it into the bowl and mix well with the tuna cream.
- If you like, you can add a sprinkling of chopped parsley and pepper.
- If you don't like Philadelphia, you can use ricotta or mascarpone.
