A new international rail link has been operational since 8 June, connecting the city of Pisa with the Swiss Zurich. An absolute novelty that is causing a lot of talk these days. In fact, Trenitalia, in collaboration with the Swiss Federal Railways, has inaugurated a daily Eurocity service that departs from the Tuscan city and reaches the Swiss destination.

It is about a 10 hour journey that takes passengers through some of the most suggestive scenarios in Italy. Among the stops, there are: Genoa, Viareggio, Massa Center, La Spezia Center, Chiavari.

The train will remain active until September 29, with tickets starting from 57,50 euros, which can be purchased conveniently via the official app or the Trenitalia website.
