The data for today, April 30, are very comforting. We have positive records on several fronts. Let's see them:

The diffusion

The growth of infected every day slows down compared to yesterday. Today 1.872 new cases have been registered, for a total of 205.463. These figures are the result of 68.456 swabs, the highest number of tests analyzed in one day. There percentage of positive swabs it is 2.7%, the lowest figure recorded to date, a very important sign.

Other important data

Today we see the largest decline in the total number of positives. There are 3.106 fewer positives than yesterday, a record since the start of the pandemic, for a. total of 101.551. The currently positive figure is largely influenced by the large amount of healings observed today. 4.693 patients healed in 24 hours, for a total of 57.576, again a record! It also goes down there epidemic curve, from 1.04% to 0.92%.

From hospitals

The excellent trend of decreasing hospital pressure continues, thanks to a large decrease in intensive care patients and hospitalized patients with symptoms. THE ICU patients there are 1.694, with 101 fewer intensive care patients than yesterday. The data of the hospitalized patients with symptoms, with 1061 fewer patients, for a total of 18.149.

Who hasn't made it

Finally, we are also beginning to see a decline in the number of deaths, a number which is still high, but which is steadily decreasing. Today, the death toll is 285.
