After the forced stop due to the pandemic emergency, the Milan Coffee Festival. From 12 to 14 November, the third edition of the event presents a rich program of events that will consecrate at Superstudio Più in via Tortona Milan as the capital of coffee lovers.

Protagonists roasters, barmen, pastry chefs and "roast masters“. Of these, 14 will compete in a competition which is the most attractive point of the event. It will be a knockout tournament in 4 different forms: challenge to the last espresso, latte art, filter coffee, signature drink. Another event not to be missed, the 'Specialty Coffee Ritual' dedicated to the Italian breakfast with the pastry chef of Cracco, Marco Pedron, together with other important names in the world of national pastry such as Giorgia Proia and Maicol Vitellozzi.
Then there's Latte Art Live, dedicated to decorations, with hands-on workshops and demonstrations. There will be a special cappuccino contest. The trend that combines coffee and mixology obviously takes center stage with the Cocktail Masterclasses, where coffee-based drinks, such as Espresso, will be highlighted Martini, Coffee Negroni or Smirnoff White.
The coffee culture
In The Lab space there will be events to promote the culture of coffee with tastings and workshops. The exhibition is instead an artistic moment “A sip of beauty” with the installation of the works of the Argentine artist and portraitist Patricio Reig, printed on coffee-impregnated paper. The festival is open in two different sessions, the first from 10 to 15, the second from 13 to 5. Monday from 10 to 5 with the industry-day dedicated to operators in the sector.
