Living matter
“living matter” is written by Andrea Frassoni and Marco Falorni, who directed it together with Stefania Vialetto. It is produced by Libero Produzioni in collaboration with the Erion Weee recycling consortium and is sponsored by the Ministries of the Environment and Energy Security and Culture After a film premiere, it will be broadcast by Rai and will be available on RaiPlay. The documentary film will then be made available to schools throughout Italy.
"From a research we conducted with Ipsos - declared Giorgio Arienti, general manager of Erion Weee - it emerges that one Italian out of two still does not know the meaning of WEEE word. And that 2 out of 3 do not know how to properly dispose of their electrical and electronic waste. 55 percent of Italians are unaware of 1 against 0 collection by stores and only 36 percent make use of the collection services provided for by law. These data make it clear that there is an information gap to be filled as soon as possible”.
