We are in the midst of Carnival, a celebration much loved by Italians, which will reach its peak on Tuesday, March 5th with Shrove Tuesday. During this period, we are used to seeing Carnival sweets on the tables.

In fact, Carnival is the time of year when culinary traditions are certainly not lacking, especially in the homeland of good food: Italy. Typical desserts are the undisputed protagonists of the Carnival festivities.
