The Italian Espresso Institute (IEI) launches eight creative recipes that renew the tradition of coffee, transforming it into fresh and contemporary experiences that can also be replicated at home.

A journey through taste, local culture, and innovation that spans Italy, with a few exotic detours, to reinterpret ancient customs with a modern twist.

Among others, from Genoa, La Genovese brings back into fashion the Panera, an ancient cold cream born in the nineteenth century, today re-proposed as Crema Nêa: a cross between gelato and dessert, the perfect alternative to the classic espresso. In Milan, Caffè Milani reinvents the historic BarbajadaCoffee, chocolate, and cream, in a glass dessert perfect for the warmer months. From Ethiopia comes the only international recipe, the "Cold Coffee Ethiopia Hambela" by IMS: a cold espresso from beans grown at 2000 meters in the Guji region, for an intense and floral flavor.

Summer pistachio coffee

A tribute to pistachio could not be missed: it is signed by Mokador, which offers a summer pistachio espresso To be enjoyed at any time. Completing the selection is Caffè San Marco, a summer creation by Antonio Vinci for Essse Caffè, designed to accompany the day from late morning to after dinner.
