The financial difficulties that are affecting historic clubs such as Triestina and Rimini are forcefully highlighting the structural weaknesses of the Italian football system. The failure to pay salaries to members of these clubs company shines a light on a worrying situation, which risks compromising the regular start of the new Serie C season.

We are aware that we have gone through a period of objective management and organizational difficulty that has generated delays in payments and uncertainties, causing understandable concerns.
We do not intend to avoid the debate or seek justifications. We recognize without hesitation this passage of fragility, also the result of a complex context that we did not want to hide, and of some of our shortcomings that we now face with determination. The club, like every family, sometimes experiences moments of tension and fatigue. It is precisely in these moments that the authentic strength of those who believe in a project and decide to get back into the game with courage, passion and a sense of responsibility emerges.
Today we are committed, with maximum transparency, to restoring trust in our players, our employees, our commercial partners and above all in the Rimini community that has always supported us and identified us as a shared heritage. We have already started a plan of specific interventions, with priority on payments due and on the protection of contracts, just as we have activated new methods of communication that will guarantee constant and timely updates. At the same time, we intend to preserve the continuity of the sporting and infrastructural project that represents the basis of our future, convinced that the growth of the club also passes through the sense of responsibility towards our young people, our territory and our values.
We want to transform this complex phase into an opportunity for collective growth, rediscovering together those principles of belonging and solidarity that make Rimini FC a unique reality. Because we believe that, as in every real family, difficulties can become the root of a new strength and a more mature conscience.
