2016 in Italy, between Google and Facebook

2016 was a year full of events and news. For Facebook the first place among the most clicked topics is reserved for the European Football Championships, while for Google this search is only in third place. For the famous search engine, the most searched topic was Pokemon Go, the augmented reality game that conquered the world in a few months. Another research that interested users was the one on the earthquake. The tragedy that hit central-southern Italy has in fact attracted the attention of a large audience.
