Some bonuses are now permanently active to incentivize the hiring of young people, women and residents in the Special Economic Zones of Southern Italy (ZES), intended for permanent hires made starting from September 1st and until December 31st 2025.

The maneuver includes the100% exemption from social security contributions for the duration of two years. Incentives, provided for by the Labour-Cohesion decree and which became law in July, range from 500 to 650 euros per month.
