LASAGNA MY WAY
Ingredients
1 clove of garlic
Wash and dry the aubergines, cut them into slices and sprinkle them with a little salt, let the water come out and then fry them in extra virgin olive oil and set them aside. the lasagna rather al dente.
In another pot, prepare the tomato sauce by browning a clove of garlic and then the puree, a few basil leaves, cooking it for about 20 minutes over low heat, seasoning with salt.
On the bottom of a pan sprinkle a few ladles of sauce, then lay a layer of lasagna on top.
Continue with the aubergines, the sliced hard-boiled egg, the smoked ricotta and possibly the ham
Cover with a layer of sauce and proceed with other layers, usually I make 3
Finish by covering completely with the sauce and a grated Parmesan cheese
Let cool and serve.
