I placed this recipe of the rolled lasagna because I was also incredulous about the result, but I was satisfied with it.
I was making a regular lasagna for Sunday lunch. When I finished putting everything in the pan, I have a strip of lasagna left and so I said to myself, what am I doing? Having a few ingredients available, I did this:
For the ingredients:
Curly lasagna
Fried aubergines
Caciocavallo Silano ... or similar
Prosciutto Crudo, I from Parma because of its sweetness and which does not release salty when cooked
An egg
Fennel pesto
Parmesan 20 g
For the procedure
I cut it into strips and put on top of the eggplant, caciocavallo silano and Parma ham in each of the strips.
I rolled up the strips and closed them with a toothpick.
I took a baking dish and arranged them so that they remained tightly together.
In the meantime, I beat an egg with a few teaspoons of home-made wild fennel pesto and some Parmesan cheese.
I poured it on the lasagna strips and baked for 15 min at 190 ° C
I baked and this is the result.
Tasty on the palate, quick and easy… I didn't believe it either.
