Known throughout the world are the distillery of Bassano del Grappa, a city considered the world capital of grappa as well as having several companies producing it furniture, followed by the municipality of Nove with companies specialized in the production of mouldmaking. From 1999 to 2015 Montebello Vicentino also hosted the fornasari, a prestigious one luxury handcrafted car manufacturer, declared bankrupt despite having attracted attention for several years around the area.
