La serata ha vissuto un momento di profonda commozione quando Massimo Salasnich ha voluto omaggiare Mauro Moschin, co-fondatore di Tempi e Ritmi scomparso due anni fa. Proprio il 24st January (del 1997) ricorreva l'anniversario della fondazione dell'associazione, rendendo il successo di questa serata il miglior tributo possibile alla sua eredità.
