Starting from September 2, 2024, applications for work incentives for young disabled people who intend to work in third sector organizations and non-profit organizations can be submitted to INPS.
They take the tax breaks for hiring disabled people in third sector organizations are gone, wanted by the Ministry for Disabilities and introduced by law no. 18 of 2024.
What does the measure provide?
This measure recognizes a contribution to institutions and non-profit organizations for every disabled person under the age of 35, hired on a permanent employment contract between 1 August 2020 and 30 September 2024.
The contribution is 12 thousand euros one-off for the hiring made, one thousand euros for each month. In the event of termination of the employment contract before 30 September 2024, the contribution is paid until the date of termination of the relationship.
For hirings made in September 2024, the one-off contribution portion of twelve thousand euros will be paid as well as the monthly fee for the month of hiring.
