The first edition of "Walking on the Reventino Trails" has begun, a summer calendar of hiking events to discover the Reventino-Tiriolo-Mancuso mountains and the high valleys of the Amato, Corace, and Savuto rivers on foot.
Walking on the Reventino paths
The initiative is the first step taken by the new Coordination of Environmental Hiking Guides of the Reventino-Savuto Area, says Angelo Gigliotti, one of the promoters, AIGAE Guide and president of the Discovering Reventino Association, "to bring together, and thus make more effective, the work of those who work professionally in the Reventino-Savuto area as Environmental Hiking Guides. This plays a fundamental role in building a new narrative of our natural resources, the landscape, and the mountains, in designing itineraries and experiences for local communities, schools, and the promotion of new forms of increasingly sustainable and respectful of the territories crossed". A calendar of 15 hiking events which will continue until September 10th.

The first event is a walking tour of the trails around the village of Cleto, accompanied by guide Ivan Arella, which will continue along some of the most characteristic itineraries and locations of the Reventino-Tiriolo-Mancuso mountain range.
