Coccoi Pintau from the Kentos company in Orroli recently won the prestigious silver medal at the 2024 Italian bread-making championships. This bread, famous as the Sardinian bread of centenarians, is prepared with locally grown organic durum wheat and follows a recipe passed down for generations. Its full version guarantees freshness and quality for a period that can extend up to 5 days – a week.

Simona Prasciolu, a young Sardinian entrepreneur and partner of Coldiretti Nuoro Ogliastra, emerges as the creative mind behind this excellent creation.
His participation in the national championships, held at Tirreno Fair in Marina di Carrara, highlighted his talent and commitment to the baking industry.
In these events, master bakers coming from all over Italy they compete in different categories, from the innovative to the traditional, putting their skills to the test.
