It's called Felicittà and is meant to be a widespread celebration open to all citizens and dedicated to the realities that inhabit the heritage of Rome. An event organized by associations, foundations, academies, cooperatives, and others, which make the urban spaces and which give back to the city services, ideas, culture, projects and solidarity. For one evening, July 20 from 18 pm, the doors of these will open, free of charge to citizens. The representatives of the various associations will tell each other and talk about their projects. There will be free concerts, exhibitions, open lessons, games, debates, screenings.

Felicittà is the second edition of the States General of Heritage. The 2023 edition sees the involvement of: Casa dei Cavalieri di Rodi, T&T Palestra della Legalità, Popular School of Music of Testaccio, Porto Fluviale. International Women's House, Coes ONLUS, The Quadrennial of Rome - Villa Carpegna, Studios, House of Architecture – Roman Aquarium, Costume & Fashion Academy. And, again, Il Trattore Cooperative, Explora - Children's Museum of Rome, Childhood Construction Site, Santa Giacinta Citadel of Charity (Caritas), Roman Philharmonic Academy. These are the places, belonging to 8 municipalities of the capital, where you can go to discover the great heritage of Rome.
The States the Generals of the Italian Heritage born with the aim and purpose of competing, cooperating and participating in the enhancement of cultural assets and heritage. The first convocation took place on 20 May 2021 at Villa Lubin in Rome under the patronage of Cin the National Council of Economy and Labour. The permanent and plenary consultation is made up of 150 delegates representing the most authoritative and important bodies, institutions and organizations (public and private) operating in the cultural heritage and heritage sector.
