A legend of Italian football has left us, an idol of an entire generation for his magic at the 90 World Cup in Italy, where he was the best player of the tournament.
Salvatore, known as Totò, had been suffering from cancer since 2022 and his condition had worsened in recent days, until the news of his premature death arrived this morning.
