Gigi Proietti six exams from the spring law degree; it wasn't meant to be! He plays the guitar, the piano, the accordion and the double bass, and starts performing at the most famous parties and nightclubs in the capital. He also attended the mimicry course at the University Theater Center and many opportunities immediately opened up for him.

Success is routine for Gigi Proietti, also alongside Sabrina Ferilli and Maurizio Micheli in the modern version of Hennequin and Veber “La Presidentessa”. In a recording studio Gigi Proietti meets a young man from Poggio Bustone, who plays the guitar, a musician under contract with the Ricordi record company. That boy was Lucio Battisti, and music, the great passion of the Roman actor, united them for a moment. Plastic personality, and transformist of the Italian show, Proietti loves and also composes poems in Roman dialect, following the route of Beautiful, Trilussa and Petrolini.
