Born in 2008, the athlete of the Arvalia Nuoto di Lamezia led a race in attack right from the start. And he held up to the last few inches Daniel Cannavacciulo. For Gianluca Pittelli this is a gold medal that came after many sacrifices. The new Italian champion, in fact, it moves every day from Crotone to Lamezia Terme for his workouts (often very hard). These are the words after the victory: “I make the biggest sacrifices every day, I leave school, I eat in the car, I travel an hour and a half to train for an hour and a half, and then go home, study late. I have my social life in the pool with my teammates: I play a sport that I love and that involves being in the water, which is my natural environment ". These words demonstrate the boy's maturity and determination despite his young age. Special thanks also go to the coaches.
