Ingredients for strawberry ice cream

  • 500 milk cubes
  • 100 g sugar
  • 500 g frozen strawberries

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend at maximum speed until the mixture becomes creamy.

Do not overmix, otherwise the consistency of the mixture will change, becoming liquid and not dense.

It is also possible to make lemon sorbet in the same way, but replacing frozen strawberries with lemon pulp which is necessary remove the white inner part which could give a very bitter taste to the ice cream and excluding the milk cubes.

Once everything is complete, pour the ice cream into a bowl with an airtight lid and leave to rest in the freezer for 4 hours before serving.
