A delicious suggestion: the strawberry cream tart

Now we suggest a delicious idea: strawberry cream tart. You will need to make the pasta: 300 grams of 00 flour; 150 grams of butter: 150 grams of sugar; 2 eggs; 1 pinch of salt; vanillin; baking powder. For the filling you will need: 150 grams of sugar; 1 glass of water; 6 tablespoons of lemon juice; 600 grams of strawberries; 40 grams of corn starch.

The procedure for our recipe

Sift 00 flour and yeast together on a pastry board; then add the butter that you previously softened, the sugar, the eggs and a pinch of salt. Knead until you obtain a uniform mixture and let the dough rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. The dough should be wrapped in cling film. Once the 30 minutes have passed, take the dough and, placing it on the work surface, knead it until it becomes about half a centimeter. Then, line the tart mold with this pastry, pierce it using a fork and bake for about 15 minutes at 180° in a preheated oven. As soon as it is ready, take it out of the oven and let it cool.

For the filling, pass 150 grams of strawberries through a sieve; the past must be put in a bowl. In a saucepan, mix together sugar and cornstarch. Boil sugar and cornstarch until thick. After letting it cool, add the strawberry puree and mix everything until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. Leave to rest in a cool place. Put the strawberry cream on the tart. You will need the remaining strawberries to decorate your tart.
