The first 2021 appointment of the 100per100 Italian Talks will be dedicated to Japan. The March 19, 2021 the appointments of the 100per100 Italian Talks restart, the system of international conferences to talk about made in Italy on foreign markets. The first appointment of 2021 will be dedicated to Japan, how the pandemic has changed and is changing the dynamics of Made in Italy exports in the Land of the Rising Sun.
Given the global situation, this first round of the Talks will be held in digital version. In fact, as early as 2020, the project, promoted by I Love Italian Food Cultural Association, took place online, with two events, one dedicated to catering and one to the future of made in Italy. At the March 19th conference, six special guests they will bring their points of view and their visions on the theme of the Talk: export made in Italy in post-covid Japan.

Moderated by Stephanie Viti (journalist and Nipponist), the speakers who will speak in this Japanese edition are: Pio D'Emilia (journalist, iamatologist and Sky TG24 correspondent for Asia), Erika DiGiovancarlo (Director of ICE Tokyo Office), Shigeru Hayashi (first Japanese sommelier in Italy and founder of Solo Italia), Tiziana Alamprese (FCA Japan Marketing Director), Salvatore Cuomo (entrepreneur, restaurateur and celebrity TV chef in Japan), Miciyo Yamada (journalist and olive oil taster recognized by the Mipaaf).
In addition to the interventions of the six speakers who will bring their personal point of view on the issue of exports, some guests linked to Made in Italy and its promotion in Japan. Between these: David Fantoni (Secretary General of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Japan) Sivan Nakamura (Chief Executive Officer SivanS Group) Antonio Fucito (founder of Garage Pizza), Ambassador Umberto Vattani (President of the Italy Japan Foundation) and representatives of some of the main Protection Consortia that support the project.
The Talks will be issued both in Japanese and in Italian and can be followed in live streaming on Italianity channels (page Facebook e website) to Garage Pizza and recorded on the digital channels of I Love Italian Food e italiani.it.

The 100per100 Italian Talks are a series of conferences conceived by I Love Italian Food dedicated to Italian food and wine, to enhance the Made in Italy and support the fight against Italian sounding.
The Talks are a project carried out with the support of: Consortium for the Protection of Asiago Cheese, Consortium for the Protection of Gorgonzola DOP Cheese, Consortium for the Protection of Sardinian Pecorino Cheese, Consortium for the Protection of Taleggio Cheese, Consortium for the Protection of DOC Prosecco ,
Lambrusco Protection Consortium.
